FAQ


All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and all items except for furniture include free shipping within New Zealand. You are welcome to buy an item and collect it at our shop in Havelock North, just choose this option at the checkout.

We do not currently ship furniture outside of New Zealand.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online or instore. They have no monetary value in themselves and cannot be exchanged for cash. When you make a purchase we will give change up to $5 in cash and the rest in gift vouchers.

If you would like to use a voucher online, please contact us, letting us know what you would like to buy, how much your voucher/s are for and we will organise it and get back to you.

They can of course only be used once, and only if signed on the back by Nicola or Peter. They have no expiry date.

Lost goods

If you suspect that an item has been lost in the post please contact us within 10 days of placing your order and we will then arrange either a replacement, credit or refund if the item is no longer available.

Damaged goods

Occasionally accidents do occur and if your item arrives damaged please contact us straight away and we will replace the item or offer a credit or refund if it is no longer available.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with you purchase, remember most items are handmade and so there will be slight variation between individual items and also that colours may appear differently on different computer screens. If you do wish to return an item please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Any returned items must be unused and in original condition. Such returns or exchanges are at our discretion and return shipping is not refundable.

Shipping Policy

We aim to send out orders within three days of receipt of payment via New Zealand post.  In some cases this may be seven days and we will inform you on receipt of  the order if there is to be any delay.

Privacy Policy

We only save personal data required to process your order or retain your account if you opened one.  We do not pass on your details to anyone and we store your data as securely as possible in this electronic age.

We do collect anonymous browsing data to improve our site for our customers.  We use third parties, Google Analystics and Statcounter, to record this data.
